Masserie Amodio
The Amodio family has a history of land, work and agriculture for as long as we can remember.
At the beginning of the 2000s, the agricultural activity was integrated with the transformation and marketing of its products, operating total control of the supply chain.
Today we are a company with 27 employees and two historic Apulian farms surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, native vineyards and pastures that give well-being to our animals and unique characteristics to our products.
All transformations from milk to meat, from oil to wine, from flour to agricultural vegetables, are carried out using purely traditional and artisanal methods.
