Brisaola Fazari of Daniele and Giuseppe Due brothers who pass the ancient Valchiavennasca recipe The brothers begin their career in the food sector in 2014 with the management of the shop located at the Chiavenna sports field. Strongly linked to the territory and tradition, and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit they decide in 2014 to produce their brisaola called Fazari. A brisaola full of unmistakable flavors and who secretly keeps the ancient recipe of the historic butcher who works at their business. Their project expands in 2018 with the opening of a new store in the historic center of Chiavenna, in 2020 with the opening of a laboratory for the production of artisan brisaola signed by Fazari.
