Strongly linked to the territory and tradition, and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit they decide in 2014 to produce their brisaola called Fazari. A brisaola full of unmistakable flavors and who secretly keeps the ancient recipe of the historic butcher who works at their business. Their project expands in 2018 with the opening of a new store in the historic center of Chiavenna, in 2020 with the opening of a laboratory for the production of artisan brisaola signed by Fazari.
