Our wines are refined only and exclusively in ceramic amphorae. Produced and curated by the watchful eye of the winemaker
Michele Bean (as well as Bruno
Mollica, creator and owner of the cellar). Every drop of wine extracted from the amphorae is bottled, which is why the production is limited and each bottle is numbered.

checked. This in fact consists of mixing the noble lees with the wine, a process that allows the natural preservatives to activate.
We distill
FINGER 106 GIN.
It is distilled with the LONDON DRY GIN method with 22 national botanicals all grown in Italy. Calabria prevails with Calabrian juniper, Calabrian liquorice, bergamot, finger lime (called lemon caviar) and chilli pepper, the latter three are grown by the same producer as F106G. Very balanced and fresh on the palate. For an optimal combination we recommend consuming it with Fever-Tree tonic water, Indian variety.
