ASSOCIAZIONE MILANO SERVIZI - RISTORANTE ERITREO MOSOBNA
The Milano Servizi & association Promozione Sociale has long collaborated with the Eritrean restaurant Mosobna; the latter was born in Milan more than 10 years ago and is located in Milan, more precisely towards the Porta Venezia area. The restaurant immediately attracted the attention of many people, leading them to discover the true Eritrean tradition. The dishes, the colours, the aromas and the warm welcome make the Mosobna restaurant a restaurant where people are happy to return! The Eritrean national dish par excellence is zighinì with injera, composed of a spicy sauce (berberé) with vegetables and herbs to which beef or chicken is added, while injera is a thin, naturally fermented bread similar to a crepe, made from corn flour, corn and rice flour. Zighinì is served in many variations, including one for vegetarians, with potatoes, carrots, cabbage, chickpea and lentil soup.
