Everything began when, as a child, in my grandmother's house I was enchanted to observe wise hands that from simple pork meats, hand cut, garlic, pepper and salt, produced exquisites ... the times have changed, however , in the current factory, with CE IT IT I applied the same methodology and care in the choice of the primary product, meat and condiments, expanding a range of cured meats, also flavored with myrtle, fennel and cannonau wine or Vermentino making it unique and preserving the flavors of the Cocco family; I also choose the cheeses and foods of my Sardinia, personally, taking care of the supply chain and presentation.
