I Sapori del Vulcano

The flavors of the volcano is a farm born in 2008 in Maletto, a municipality in the province of Catania, inserted in the Etna park. In the company, strawberries, strawberry, red fruits, olive trees, mulberry and various vegetables are produced. Production blooms on extremely fertile soil rich in nutrients originating from the crumble of multiple types of lava of the Etna volcano. Our jams and jams are produced with a particular cooking process that takes place under vacuum and at low temperatures avoiding the loss of vitamins present in fruit and without adding pectin and additives.
