In Bardi, 625 meters from the sea level, in the mountains between the province of Parma, Piacenza and the Ligurian coast, the F.lli Brugnoli farm produces its organic Parmigiano Reggiano. The healthiness of an unchanged territory, the exceptional conditions of welfare in which animals live and accurate processing are the combination that allows our company to produce a cheese that is characterized by color, aroma and taste.
