In the past we have already participated in AF (last time in 2014) when the product was at the beginning of the launch on the market then in the meantime and so far we have also dedicated ourselves to catering to transmit the taste as much as possible e The uniqueness of this product (especially to those who did not know what chickpea farinata was). It is a mixture based on natural products, without preservatives and with an extreme ease of use at a domestic level, which is usually not easy for those who approach for the first time with this typical dish it would be our intention to start again to pursue our mission to rediscover Tastes of once now lost in time and with this product, anyone who tries to make the first time farmade at home, manages without problems for the first attempt to achieve a remarkable result. Tantì is one of our brand but in reality it is the nickname of a well -known merchant of Nizza Monferrato who in the years after the war cooked the flour at home in the wood oven and then went around selling it for the city keeping it hot with a cart with the embers under , for the elderly in the area it is still a myth today .. in reality we trade it (as we have always done in the previous editions of AF) but the brand is recorded in our name and for now we are still the only ones on the market to manage the produced for years. We buy the product from Fedal Srl which in turn buys the chickpea flour in Lisio and the mixed mix, assemble everything and enters the market. Our intention to participate with the Scaroccio is linked to the fact that with this company we have employees, the cash register, the various licenses etc. while the Fedal is a wholesaler of food so it can no longer resell to retail.
