Since 2009 we have produced craft beer in the splendid plain of Prato, surrounded by the Apennines and the sweet hills of Carmignano, a stone's throw from the wonderful Florence. We strongly believe in a Made in Italy beer, natural, not filtered, unplugated and refermented in the bottle. We are young and enthusiasts to discover new tastes and styles, we have fun interpreting traditional beers, continuously experimenting but always with the idea of ??the ""Drink it Easy""! From the beginning we have started a path that has allowed us to get closer to our territory, choosing to use barley and hops grown in Italy. In recent years, the desire to marry a unique and ambitious project has seen us protagonists on the front line for the sowing of the barley in the Florence-Prato-Pistoia plain. The control of the supply chain is the first step towards a quality product, ethical and closely linked to our territory.
