Cozzo del Parroco

We are in the south-east of Sicily, in Noto, where the Mediterranean Sea and the Ionian Sea meet in the background. We produce Hortus, a organic white wine, produced entirely by Grillo grapes collected by hand and funny, red wine also organic obtained from Nero d'Avola. Today the bottles of wine are handled by hand, thus closing a circle where manuality, care and attention to quality are the basis of the parish priest's project. The production of wine is flanked by that of the organic extra virgin olive oil Cafiso, from Nocellara Etnea olives, hand collected and selected, cold mothers within a few hours of the collection.
