AGAL - Associazione Genitori e Amici del bambino Leucemico - OdV

AGAL - Association of parents and friends of the leukemic child for 40 years has been a fundamental support for many children and young people affected by oncohematological diseases. In our structures we host the small patients for free who come with other regions and countries with their families to be treated at the Pediatric Oncohematology Clinic of the Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia, and which cannot afford accommodation during long his leads. We offer them the possibility of spending the tiring period of care in a welcoming environment, with loved ones next to their loved ones, and thus face it with greater serenity. We guarantee free transport to and from the hospital, economic support when necessary, we organize playful and recreational activities: in short, we take care of all the needs of guests so that parents can devote themselves totally to their child: because hospitality is part of the treatment !
