The company The De Franco farm was officially born in 1998 in a mountain village at the foot in the Pollino National Park (today UNESCO heritage), carrying out the tradition and love for the ""things done well"" that has been handed down by three generations of small breeders. The De Franco farm is a small family -run reality, with a few cattle, but with a great experience in the production of cheese and cured meats ""how it was done once"" all surrounded by high standards and rigid qualitative checks. In 2021 the brand is launched: Zigrino Extra cheeses that deals with the exclusivity of the cheese section.
