In 1997 a small family -run artisan laboratory was born: ""Le Antiche Delizie""; The choice of the ancient delights is to rediscover and recover the typical and special flavors of the Sicilian tradition. The accurate and patient selection of citrus fruits and untreated spices, craft processing methods, careful and repeated quality controls, the production process, experience and commitment allow to produce a wide range of rosoli, using the ancient Recipes of the Sicilian tradition. Curiosity and memory, in an indissoluble bond, are the key to the ancient delights, which honors and respects the traditions by protecting the authenticity, and pushes itself in the dynamic search for new flavors and combinations. The scents and pleasant sensations in tasting one of our rosoli recalls the images and emotions of our land.
