The twenty -three brewery is: artisanal of ours is an artisan brewery, because it is independent and our beers are not filtered or pasteurized, as required by Italian regulations. Our beers are sustainable are produced in compliance with the environment, because we only use natural and renewable energy sources, in addition to the recovery of processing waste and the recycling of washing water. Territorial our beers support local cereal agriculture, because we use the barley of our territory, poorly a few kilometers from the brewery.
