The bond of the diliberto with the oil begins in 1880, when the great-grandfather Salvatore begins his activity as Frantiano. Since then a lot has changed in the olive processing process but the passion remained the same as the same. The secrets accrued have been handed down, from generation to generation, of father in son, to guarantee a commitment and a cure that has always distinguished the Diliberto family. In 1974 the grandchildren of Salvatore go beyond, buying one of the first continuous cycle crushers, which allowed to innovate all the transformation phases of the olives. In the 80s, the activity passes to pronipotes. 1998 represents a turning year: Giuseppe Diliberto decides to get on his own and create the biologic-oil, a company that treasures the past, enhances the present and looks to the future. Now it is no longer a simple crusher, since it also becomes a brand that proposes its own excellences in terms of oil. From cultivation to hand picking olives, to all passages that allow the transformation into extra virgin olive oil, scrupulousness, experience, cutting-edge techniques and attention guarantee maximum exaltation of organoleptic properties of each cultivar. Today, the company boasts two main production lines. MILLE900®: Oil with a delicate taste, from a light-medium fruity, with hints of almond and a slight note of grass. It is born from the careful mixture of the best native cultivars which, combined in a soave harmony, give rise to a product that lends itself to delight the most refined palates FIORDIDRUCEA®: lively oil, from the average intense and persistent fruity, with hints of grass and tomato. It is the result of a wise combination of the most widespread cultivars in the Nisseno territory, from whose physical and climatic peculiarities draws its properties and its unique and inimitable flavor.
