Agriflorio is a Abruzzese farm located between the Adriatic and the Maiella massif. It produces extra virgin olive oils ""artisanal"", obtained from their own cold olives and juices in the corporate oil mill. Variety olives are used typical of the territory, the kind, the Croganian, the Leccino. The olives, harvested by hand at the right degree of maturation, are transported in oil mill in perforated boxes and fresh juices in the day. Cruel is cold at low temperature. The extracted oil is preserved in the best way: away from light and heat sources in hermetically closed stainless steel containers and in a controlled atmosphere. The particular microclimate, characteristic of the subconthemennine mountain area, combined with the most modern processing techniques makes it possible to obtain sweet and delicate oils, with obvious notes of fruity, low acidity and without organoleptic defects.
