Apicoltura Bianco

Apicoltura Bianco
White beekeeping was born in Abruzzo more than thirty years ago and is the result of a great and ancient API breeding experience. Our is a artisan company that, starting from a new conception of the environment and agriculture, aims to a high quality product. Our company conducts apeistic nomadism, following the seasonal and territorial trend of blooms. When the flowers are about to bloom in those locations, we bring our vacation bees. This modern transhumance is carried out at night when the bees are in the hives. We load the apiary on the truck after sunset, we move it at night and the next morning the bees are already free and operational. The boots come out of their small houses and find a new environment, where they are in a hurry and find new flowering. It is thanks to this alliance with the beekeeper that the bees can produce more honey than they need to overcome winter and leave over to humans. A successful reason for the company is the project for monitoring honeys and pollen within the Majella National Park, created by the Park Body in 2010-2011. The goal is to have resonance in the marking of the territory, through the study of the existing mellific load, able to better enhance the honeys of mountain millefiori and lipinella, recovering the ancient leguminous foraggera and encouraging the renewal of meadow meadows. With the Majella and the bees we try to establish an agreement, establishing a tacit agreement to have a product that integrates into a perfect combination of all its elements protagonists. So why choose our honey? Is simple! The results of the analyzes conducted by the Majella National Park carried out on white beekeeping honey proved to be interesting and considerable quality from the sensory point of view, highlighting a high value in productions. These results will contribute to the enhancement and marketing of this healthy and quality product, as well as supporting this increasingly valuable aperication activity. Honey: the 14 best mountain millefiori. In March 2016 the Gambero Rosso magazine inserts our millefiori among the best 14 of Italy. ""Harvested in the Majella National Park, in an area of bottling between 700 and 1400 meters high, rich in stable meadows, forest and arid pasture. Marketed in the Eataly circuit, it is a honey that is very close to a unifloral citrus fruit. It is clear, pale yellow, crystallized but soft, with medium-large crystals dissolved and anything but rough. The notes to the nose and on the palate are those typical and centered of the blossom and white flowers, fresh, intoxicating and pervasive, accompanied by memories of summer fruit and an important sweetness, fed by a slight sapid vein. Very good, exuberant, pleasant and persistent, and that does not tire the palate. "" Article of ""Gambero Rosso"" by Mara Nocilla Every year white beekeeping, in collaboration with Eataly promotes tasting days entirely dedicated to the world of bees and to discover their grabbed nectar.
