My background Photographer or perfumer? I asked my question for a long time. Until the obvious, I could not choose and embraced both professions. After almost twenty years in Spain, I am back in France. I live near the Pont-du-Gard where I create and produce my aromas in a craft. As for the photographs, they are visual testimonies of my many real and imaginary journeys. My practice I am a perfumer and photographer craftsman. The fragrances that I create and produce in a handmade way are inspired by the photographs that shoot during trips. Involving the senses of sight and smelling is what fascinates me. Images come first of all. Then the perfumes and their sharp and live language. That's how I express my world when I miss the words. Each of these planogs of the senses I imagine materializes in the form of a multi-sensory collection of photos and perfume. The images are visual testimonials of my real and imaginary journeys. I have chosen five to nine photographs that visually integrate the collection and that are the inspiration for the olfactory part of the collection. The fragrance, one per collection, is created with the raw materials of my perfumer organ, many of natural origins such as essential oils, absolute, resinoids, oleoresins and other synthesis. In the processing phase of images in perfume, I use the technique of synesthesia. Being a photographer before a perfumer, every raw material is associated with images. Then I put me to assemble materials that give me the same feelings as those of the images. This is a long and complex process until the dialogue between photos and perfume does not take place.
