The mustard of Antonia was born in Hoarle (Holland) in the spring of 2009 and was handcrafted by Harold Knobben with the help of his father Mr. Knobben and his wife Margreet Knobben. The name ""Antonia"" derives from the name of the mother of Harold, who handed his housewife recipe to his son to produce the mustard. After his death, Harold carried out the production that today has become his job. The mustard is sold to local markets and events, such as fairs.
