Tradition handed down from father to son, based on excellent raw materials and consolidated experience over time. Acetaia Marchi boasts multiple batteries for the production of "Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P." and "I.G.P." It offers a line of selected products and certified of excellent quality for the authentic balsamic vinegar connoisseurs and, above all, to make the real Modena excellences known in the world. Our traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena Dop refined (over 12 years of aging) and extravecries (over 25 years of aging), obtained excuses from Trebbiano grapes and left to grow old batteries with barrels of different woods such as oak, chestnut, acacia, cherry , Rubinia, Ash. Our balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is obtained from rigorous selection of the best musts of our hills mixed with wine vinegar, aged in oak barrels. It is a product from dark brown color, with excellent density and quality. Our condiments are refined into precious wood batteries, following ancient family traditions. The years of maturation, from a minimum of 7 years up to 30, realize a high density product, with a dark brown brown color and a pleasant acidity, just over 5%.
