In the middle of the crisis, in the heart of Valtellina was born the Gastroval food company founded by a young and courageous cook: Cristian Azzalini, current owner and sole socio of society. An artisan lab is thus created to be used to initially produce Valtellina gastronomy with ready-made dishes, hence the name ""Gastroval"". A few steps from the laboratory, Cristian gives life to the ""La Regina"" farm with the cultivation of small fruits in a field of over 3000sqm. The main cultivated fruits are: blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. With the collection of these fruits the first jams and the first nectars gastroval were created in the laboratory, a really important step for the company! The request for our products increases considerably, the laboratory becomes a real production site and a new production line is added, that of fresh pasta. Thanks to the production of Pizzoccheri of Valtellina IGP Freschi we enter the world of GDO, becoming among the most important producers of pizzoccheri in the world. We witness a significant structural development of the company. Thanks to the purchase of a new industrial oven, tarts, biscuits and fissures are included in the market, making our production line even wider. Thanks to technological progress and continuous expansion, we are investing a lot for our company, expanding and acquiring new machinery to make the production of jam and nectares even more efficient.
