The Quendoz
My name is Vincent and I am the owner of the Agricola The Quendoz in Jovençan, a town 10 minutes from Aosta, who manage together with my sister Lydie and to all my family. Since 1982 we produce DOP Fontina but before our grandparents had bovine and carried milk to the country's dairy. Our work is based on respect for animals and nature. We would like to follow the entire supply chain directly, from the birth and growth of the calf to the production and seasoning of cheese. Tradition with innovation view, given our young age. In fact, we like to invent new cheeses and discover our world on social media.
