We opened our first oven in Milan in 1978. We took care of bakery and small pastry, but the continuous desire to innovate has always been part of our identikit. So in 1990 we moved to Lodi where we started specializing in high quality products. One of our workhorse is undoubtedly panettone, a real protagonist of the Christmas scene. Our artisan panettone are made entirely by hand with natural ingredients and without preservatives. We follow the tradition by patiently respecting the long preparation phases: each panettone needs 36 hours of processing, of which over 20 of natural leavening.
