La collina verde

Set like a pearl between the sea and the mountain, the green hill is located in Brancaleone (RC) about 2 km from the coast, at the foot of Monte Pellegrino. Created in 1970 by the passion for animals of dad Vincenzo, in 2000 he evolved into today's company. In 2006 the Priolo family decides to raise only brunette breeds for the qualitative characteristics of their milk compared to that of the other razz. All the milk produced is transformed by our dairy in cheese such as flavored caciotte, spring, Monte Pellegrino, the semi-open ""Don Vincenzo"", the provola, the scamorza, ricotti and mozzarella.
