
SALUMIFICIO IOZZO
I'm Vincenzo Iozzo, holder with my family of the Salumificio Iozzo. We are in central Chiaravalle (CZ), a purely hilly area a few km from the Ionian Sea and the Calabrian greenhouse mountains. We characterize ourselves for a crafted production of typical salami: the choice of only controlled and certified meats, the scrupulous attention in the trimming and composition of the mixtures, the addition of Calabrian chilli, the ligature and drilling manual, the slow and natural seasoning favored by the Particular climatic conditions, give life to products of absolute quality, made with passion.
