The la Camosciata farm was founded in November 2016 by a 19-year-old young man with a great passion for mountain agriculture and goats. Over the years we have grown to the point where, with a flock of 70 animals, we produce goat cheese, yoghurt and cured meats with the same passion as in the beginning.
