Conserve Conti - artisanal production of high quality Sicilian preserves.

And†™ in Sicily, a place kissed by the sun, cradle of civilization and millenary traditions, in a flourishing geographical position, between the slopes of Etna and the vast plain of Catania, which in the last quarter of the 20th century the Conserve Conti company was born. The strong point of our company are the vegetables, fruits and aromas of the Sicilian land, which are expertly chosen in the fields, fresh in season, selected to then be transformed into precious and superb delicacies. We handcraft produce Nocellara dell'Etna green olives in brine, whole or crushed. From the Catania plain, in the territories of Paterno (Sferro), Ramacca, Castel di Judica, we collect fresh artichokes to transform them, with manual processing and with great experience, into whole artichokes or cut into segments and seasoned ""peasant style"". . The fresh peppers that we transform into slices and fillets to then make grilled Sicilian peppers come from the territories of Ragusa, Vittoria and Ispica. The same goes for the aubergines of local origin. The cultivations of cherry tomatoes, San Marzano and other varieties are abundant in Sicily, our transformation work extends to the creation of multiple finished products, all artisanal: cherry tomato puree, cherry tomato, sardine and fennel sauce, country-style dried tomatoes, green cherry tomato salad, and many other specialties which represent a true combination of traditions and the search for ever new balances in flavours.

The company chooses simple aromas and spices, which are used daily in traditional Mediterranean cuisine: oregano, basil, garlic, mint, bay leaves and chilli pepper, which give that extra touch, something meaningful and unmistakable that characterizes our products.

The ability to constantly monitor production in all its phases allows us to give the customer the best that nature offers in the different seasons, without the use of preservatives, trying to satisfy even the most difficult requests.
