Orefice dolciaria Etnea
The O.D.E. confectionery laboratory “Orefice Dolciaria Etneaâ€, was born from the thirty-year experience of brothers Vincenzo and Carmelo Orefice in the confectionery sector and precisely in the processing and transformation of the so-called “Green Gold of Bronte†or the Green Pistachio of Bronte DOP, of which we are also producers of it. The confectionery laboratory was born in Maletto where the preparation of the products takes place following traditional canons combined with new technologies. From ancient recipes and expert hands are born: pistachio products (pesto, cream, pastries, cakes, flours and grains, nougat), entirely artisanal baked products (panettone and colombe), almond pastes, desserts and even jams and liqueurs, all rigorously using Sicilian raw materials.
