Pasticceria ericina sapori di Badia
The “Sapori di Badia†pastry shop was founded by my parents Michele and Giovanna Cavasino in the early 80s. My mother Giovanna learned to make the typical Erice sweets directly from the nuns of the convent in Erice, this art it has been passed down since I was a child when I ""hung out"" in the pastry shop. In the 2000s, the new restaurant was born, again in Erice, at Porta Trapani, at the entrance to the medieval village offering catering, bar, pastry and delicatessen services and products. All products of our own production respecting traditions. Subsequently there is the new generation that takes over, when I, Massimo Cavasino, was handed over to me. From the beginning, despite being a young man ready to launch into the new, I did not forget tradition and therefore I focused even more on the preparation of local pastries.
