GIOHONEY was born from the passion of an artisan for beekeeping and the desire to offer the highest quality honey through a natural and sustainable method. The project originates with a few hives, managed with care and attention, to respect the bees' natural cycle and guarantee pure honey rich in beneficial properties.

GIOHONEY's approach is based on the philosophy of "" ""natural method"": no pesticides, additives or chemical treatments are used, allowing the bees to collect nectar from surrounding plants without interference. As time passed, GIOHONEY grew thanks to the support of the community, which appreciated not only the quality of the honey but also the ethical and environmental commitment.

With the same respect and attention that we dedicate to our honey, we have introduced a selection of alcoholic products, such as gin and acmella grappa, which integrate the unique characteristics of GIOHONEY honey.

The production of gin and grappa reflects the philosophy of the ""natural method"" that distinguishes us: each ingredient is carefully chosen and processed without additives or artificial flavours. Our ""Nympho"" sloe gin, for example, exploits the aromatic notes of honey to create a complex and enveloping flavour, while the ""Lacrima di Zeus"" grappa reflects tradition and enhances the nuances of local botanicals, enhancing them with the innovative and electrifying flavor of acmella oleracea.
