OLEIFICIO BERARDO

The Berardo oil mill was founded in 1997 thanks to the dedication of the Basilico family. This strong passion pushed the owner in 2015 to replace the traditional system with the introduction of a new continuous cycle system for cold extraction. This, combined with the experience gained in 20 years of activity, allows us to obtain an extra virgin olive oil with a fine flavor and unique and unmistakable sensations. We only use olives grown in our territory in a natural way; our locality - Gissi - is immersed in the hilly areas of the medium-upper Vasto area, located in the hinterland at 499 meters above sea level. The climate, the territory and above all the land that surround it give an enormous advantage and today Abruzzo oil is recognized and appreciated, thanks to its lightness, its yellow-green color with intermediate shades, its flavor fruity-medium.
