MONMAR ITALIAN DRY GIN

Gin Monmar was born with the aim of offering a premium distillate composed of a careful selection of 15 100% Italian botanicals.
It represents a harmonious fusion between tradition, Italian craftsmanshipand the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean region.
Gin Monmar embodies the spirit of exploration and creativity , inviting gin enthusiasts on a sensory journey through its carefully selected botanicals. Gin Monmar is an extreme quality distillate that follows the traditional rules of discontinuous steam distillation.
Initially the alcohol is produced exclusively by the distillation of cereals. The base is distilled with botanicals in small batches to carefully preserve the quality of the product. In the meantime, the bergamot from Reggio Calabria and the wild fennel from Etna are used to make infusions that are cold processed for over thirty days. At the end of the process,the base and infusions are carefully mixed, filtered and checked. Gin Monmar is ready to taste!
