Mangià was born from the love for my land, the one a stone's throw from my beloved sea. The love for an undervalued territory. Hence the idea of ​​creating something Mine and Unique by exploiting our KM0 resources.
So, in the first months of 2019 I started to find out about flours, touching the local wheat first hand
I'm not a technical, so I deal directly with the miller and day after day, we manage to give an identity to the mix
Eat, thanks to the smell and flavor of the buds of our wheat Calabrian. Together with my boys we produce and package the hand-rolled pins every day with passion and dedication for this constantly evolving project.
