Our company is located in Calabria, in a
small town in the Cosenza area, at an altitude of approximately 850 m. above sea level; was founded way back in 1967 by Menotti
Caligiuri, who wanted in this way to guarantee
continuity to the artisanal processing of
pork, typical of the area and representative
of Calabrian culture.
