Our pastry shop is located in Mammola, province of Reggio Calabria.
Ours is a small business that wants to grow and present great artisan products, including nougats and ""pastarelle"": our strong point!

Our nougats, made of pure Italian almonds, are totally artisanal, slow cooked in our laboratory, which gives our nougat its aromas unique. 
After cooking, we work the nougat with our hands to create different shapes and make it ready for packaging. 
A few ingredients are enough to make our artisanal nougat a unique product: almonds, honey organic products from our territory and sugar.

The almond paste sweets, of our production, are rigorously processed by the expert hands of our master pastry chef; Our laboratory faithfully follows the recipes and techniques handed down over the course of several years.
As with the nougat, the almonds used for the ""pastarelle"" are Italian and the processing takes place with care and attention to details, to guarantee a high quality product with an authentic taste.
