Salumificio SilaSole

The company was founded in 1968 from an idea by Talarico Paolo, who abandoned his activity as a breeder and dedicated himself to being a trader by opening a butcher's shop in the historic center of San Giovanni in Fiore.

After a few years of sacrifices, Paolo, with the support of his wife Maria Italia, opens another store in the Palla Palla area.

Later, in 1979, his sons Franco and Salvatore joined the business and in 1990 also Mario.

The current TALARICO company was thus formed FRANCO & C snc.

The notable increase in the production of cured meats (soppressata, sausages and other sausages) has made it necessary to create a small but efficient cured meat factory, independent from the butcher's shop: SALUMIFICIO SilaSole.
