Villa Laviosa is a small artisan company from Alto Adige that produces grappa, spirits and liqueurs. Its name is linked to an old family property. We are a family-run company, founded in 2000 to capitalize on the previous experiences in distilleries of some of the members.

The philosophy of our company is to create spirits linked to the territory , with particular attention to the origin of the raw materials and trying to combine tradition with innovation.

We have therefore decided to be present exclusively in wine bars, specialty food shops and hotels and restaurants, to preserve the characteristics of craftsmanship and manual skill.

We produce single-variety grappas and aged grappas, some of which have been awarded in recent years in the main national and international competitions, such as grappas of single-variety Gew� ±rztraminer, Lagrein, M� ±ller Thurgau, Moscato and aged grappas L'assedio and Lacrime d'uva.

The grappas from the ""5 elements"" collection are our limited selection, ideal for satisfying the most demanding palates.

In the liqueurs category, we highlight one of our particular creations, Noselar, a grappa-based hazelnut liqueur, particularly appreciated in the catering and catering sectors hotel.

The ""Farmacy of the spirit"" selection includes grappas obtained by infusion of various herbs and roots: honey, juniper, mountain pine, pine, rue , liquorice, cumin, woodruff, gentian: the collection of these herbs and roots is done by us personally in order to make the different infusions at the times and with the best methods.

In particular, our liqueur based on Hay Grappa is highly appreciated, with a delicate and elegant taste.

Since 2015 we have started the production of our GIN. 8025 is a GIN designed and developed to create a spirit that enhances the aromas and flavors of the herbs of our Dolomites. A limited production for a 100% Alpine GIN.

In 2022 we added 7oaks (Sevenoaks) Gin, a product that uses the small red fruits of our mountains such as wild strawberries, blackberries and raspberries: a fresh and delicate gin, always linked to our territory.
