The Evy pastry shop opened in 1977 and continues today with the same family management now in its third generation. The business is located in Terni, a city in Umbria, the green heart of Italy. It began with the production of artisanal pastries and evolved over the years, increasing the range of products while respecting the same philosophy of quality and craftsmanship. The business follows traditions by producing fresh and dry pastries, chocolate and excellent seasonal and recurring products such as pandori, panettone, colombe and Easter pizzas to which is added the production of the traditional Pampepato di Terni. The use of high quality raw materials and great craftsmanship in processing allows consumers to enjoy a tasty and innovative culinary experience. In the summer months, artisanal ice cream created with fresh, quality products is added.
