Located in Collazzone, the evocative Molino del Torrone embodies centuries of history and tradition in the heart of Umbria. Immersed in a green landscape and bathed by an enchanting river, this medieval structure exudes charm and authenticity.

For over four generations, our family has dedicated its life to the production of high quality olive oil , keeping alive the ancient craftsmanship handed down from father to son. What was once a stone mill embraced modernity in 2016 with the installation of an innovative Pieralisi system, while maintaining intact respect for traditions and artisanal quality.

The beating heart of our activity is the production of extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the delicious Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo varieties, which give the our product a unique and unmistakable flavour. Furthermore, we are also dedicated to the production of excellent wine and the creation of furnishing accessories and artistic objects, using colors mixed with our precious olive oil as a base.
