In 2007 I opened my restaurant in Milan, with the aim of bringing authentic Egyptian cuisine to the city. My work is based on traditional recipes and fresh ingredients, to offer dishes that respect the culinary origins of my country. Thanks to constant commitment and attention to detail, I have been able to grow the business, keeping it appreciated and rooted over time.
