Our butcher's shop was born from a deep love for tradition and first choice meat. This is carefully selected in order to offer the customer zero kilometer products.
This allows us to maintain all the taste and quality of the product, without affecting the noble proteins contained. We offer clear details on the origin of the meat which is not transported for kilometers before being processed but is directly raised, treated and sold on site.
When raw materials are transported for a long time, they end up losing blood and liquids that stagnate in the packages, this starts a slow maceration. When the meat arrives on the table, with these conditions, it is anything but fresh. Furthermore, with products that are not controlled, it is impossible to predict and limit the use of estrogens and antibiotics that are used on animals. In Italy there is a lot of attention but in foreign countries the use of various types of substances is permitted.
