This is VIGNOL'S APPLE AGRESTO, which in 2018 became part of the rich basket of the TRADIZIONE E SAPORI DI MODENA brand, which includes local products that do not have European geographical indication protection, but which are nevertheless equipped with marked typicality and historical rooting in the popular tradition of the area. Agresto, known as AGRONETTARE BALSAMIC DI MELE, is a condiment used to flavor cooked or raw meats and vegetables. A totally natural product, it is obtained from apple juice concentrated in a boiler over direct heat, fermented and acetified. A long aging process in different Lego barrels allows us to obtain a dense product rich in fruity aromas.
