Specialized in the production of typical Sicilian delicacies, sweet and savory, we have acquired twenty years of experience in the field of pastry making enriched by three years of work in the United States.
From our operational headquarters in Canicattì, reached from the main communication routes, we are able to organize any type of transport, both national and foreign.
Our company operates on a large area of 2,000 m2 and Our laboratories occupy more than 600 m2, allowing us to host the equipment and machinery necessary to satisfy any type of request from the reference market.
We have created a specific laboratory for the production of brittle-based squares. ;almond, pistachio, cocoa, hazelnut and peanuts. The product is sold both loose and packaged with packaging ranging from a 50g box in a counter display, up to a 1kg box with all intermediate sizes.
Arancini are produced in another adjacent laboratory , both raw and fried, frozen, of various flavors and various weights which are marketed in Italy and Europe. The quality of the product, the satisfaction of the customer, and the precision with which the commitments made are respected are our cornerstones.
