House founded in 1835, since then each generation has brought new models, in 1929 Gaston COGNET created the ""DOUK DOUK"" knife, always made in our workshops, Robin COGNET, current manager, offers limited series, unique pieces, a reinterpretation of the €œDOUK DOUK†with the “SONS OF DOUK DOUKâ€, the “DOUK†table DOUK†etc.
For us it is a story of family, knives, men and a lot of passion.
