Our Tonda Gentile Trilobata can't wait to make itself known. Nocciolar was born in 2021 in MontÃ, in the south of Piedmont, and creates high quality food products to satisfy and amaze every lover of good food looking for a natural and genuine product ""from the land to the table"".
For this reason the words ""Traceability"" and ""Bio"" are at the center of every single daily action. The company wants to establish itself among the first in the area for the quality offered to the customer, through a range of innovative and carefully chosen products.
Nocciolar offers four lines of products: the classic line which has the aim of making people experience the typical taste of hazelnut of its most traditional products and involves the processing of shelled and toasted hazelnuts and their transformation into grains, flour, oil, paste and hazelnut cream; the savory line, the most innovative, from which Peperina, Paprika, Turmeric and Salata di Nocciolar are created, the ideal product for a surprising snack or aperitif; the line of special products that includes refined and innovative solutions also resulting from collaborations with local producers who represent the excellence of Roero in the world; finally a section dedicated to dry pastries to enhance the taste of hazelnut by combining it with high quality ingredients.
