We have been making quality craft beer since 2007.

Here's to us We like beer like this: its aroma must immediately convey strong sensorial emotions and at the first taste it must satisfy the desire and promise of a flavor special.

For us, artisanal production is not an excuse to create ""impossible"" and too complex beers but must be transformed into an absolute pleasure in tasting: we like it beer that you drink with pleasure!

We have been proud to be part of the MAESTRI DEL GUSTO network of Turin and its province since 2014, excellences selected by Slow Food and Turin Chamber of Commerce. And precisely in line with the Slow Food principles, we create our gourmet beers thinking of people who love the quality and authenticity of the ingredients, respect for nature and the continuity of tradition.

In full agreement with these fundamental values, all our 14 beers are made without shortcuts, scrupulously respecting rigorous criteria and artisanal methods. We can boast the INDEPENDENT ARTISAN brand because our production is certified by UNIONBIRRAI: we respect the criteria of production without filtration or pasteurization to guarantee true Italian craft beer.
