The company was born in 2021 from an idea of ??the owner who as a worker in a salami company decides to found his own, so Calabrian artisan sausage from Muscatello Domenico was born. The company is located in Bovalino, in a small Calabrian town at the foot of the Aspromonte overlooking the Costa dei Gelsomini. The main feature of this company is the quality of the meat, the latter are obtained from pigs that are bred in the semi -wild state and fed with fodder and wheat of their territory. Using artisan production techniques handed down from family and territorial generations, spices and aromas of local producers, produces cold cuts with an unmistakable and high quality taste also from a point of view of health and hygiene in the various processing phases. The factory created responds to the needs of corporate growth and insertions in new markets.
