The Keolive Society Cooperativa S.r.l., based in the heart of the Belice Valley is made up of small agricultural entrepreneurs dedicated, for different generations, to the cultivation of one of the most valuable olive cultivar: ""The Nocellara del Belice"". We grew up thanks to our sincere commitment, dedication and hard work have contributed to fully satisfy our customers with our high quality products. We have a qualified team to manage each single department to make our product unique on the market. As an organization we continue to work hard so that we can grow to be a company capable of serving more and more customers and becoming a point of reference in the trade of the prestigious canteen olive: ""Nocellara del Belice"". The Nocellara del Belice is one of the most important canteen olives cultivars, processed both in green and in black and is produced in the heart of the homonymous valley. The pulp of the olives is consistent and crunchy and the taste is slightly bitter. Being an olive of large size, the layer is often and consistent, which makes it an olive of canteen, with highly antioxidant properties, suitable for any type of use, from the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif up to the seasoning of many dishes . Our ""Nocellara del Belice"" is an olive of exceptional quality both for the production of canteen olives, but also as regards the production of oil, and it is for these reasons that in 1997 the European Community wanted to confer the brand D.O.P. (Denomination of protected origin).
