SALUMI NOSTRUM

Salumi Nostrum is a brand that groups 100% Calabrian typical products and cured meats. It was born a few years ago from an idea by Domenico Commisso, owner of the butchers-gastronomy from Mimmo. We use natural ingredients and the best Calabrian meats, referring to the ancient techniques used by our ancestors, starting from the white pork meats and then rediscovering the breed of the Black Pork of Aspromonte. The black pork of Aspromonte, Calabrian autochthonous race, is rich in proteins, vitamins, mineral salts, omega-3, omega-6, so the quality of meat and fat are divinely tasty. From here we expanded the range of our products with cooked ham, mortadella and many other traditional Calabrian products. Our sausage, suppressed and all black pork cured meats can be considered unique for the quality of the raw materials. After many experiments from the union of the black pork and the peel of the Bergamot of Reggio Calabria, we found the right balance to create a new conception product, namely the mortadella at Bergamotto, which has a high level of ORAC indispensable in a healthy diet and balanced.
