LeoBuonGusto was born from the desire to create things with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for doing things well—reviving the tradition of handmade craftsmanship and following an ancient secret recipe in the production of taralli and other baked goods.

An artisanal product that smells of goodness and genuine ingredients, crafted by expert hands like those of our grandparents, evoking moments of sharing such as appetizers and aperitifs.

OUR STORY

Although it is a young business, the company’s roots go back to 1979, when Leo’s father started a small family-run venture dedicated to the production and sale of artisanal baked goods.

Years of hard manual labor followed, during which ""homemade – handmade"" was a value to be respected and preserved. Work continued day and night, regardless of time—what truly mattered was the passion.

Leo grew up in this world, which nurtured a deep bond with his homeland: Puglia, a region rich in raw materials, warm smiles, dedication to work, and a strong connection to tradition. This is how Leo chose to carry on the family business—while embracing the profound changes in life, advancements in technology, and ongoing innovation, he remained focused on the principles of “home made.”

Taralli, bread, and baked goods continue to be the undisputed stars of our tables, offering that authentic flavor enhanced by a perfect combination of tradition and innovation. From this, the idea was born to make the most of the wide variety of raw materials the land provides, both in terms of quality and quantity.

At LeoBuonGusto, tradition and quality are a daily commitment: we are “craftsmen by passion.”
